This provides the user with one single work interface from which the latest version of on call lists / schedules is always available. Change requests are always archived in real time in order to provide managers with the data required to manage schedules and staff accordingly. Schedules can also be distributed automatically by email to key staff.
Web Module
Each department or site receives its schedule, which afterwards, is available on the Web in real time with both desktop and mobile applications. The information can be accessed and modified by user profile to eliminate changes not approved by management. Schedule access may be restricted according to assigned user rights.
