Komtel's client module is used in conjunction with SIT consoles and with the DAK call center
management application.
The module provides the production and maintenance of time sheets. Furthermore, it is used to
define and communicate detailed information on user's status automatically. Information is
transmitted directly to attendant consoles providing a real time status.
Example: The application is used by the persons accountable to provide the data on personnel
availability i.e. vacations, sick, etc.
It can also be used to manage agendas.
The client module, such as the locator, can be used to modify the personal status configured in
the database. The following icons statuses are automatically updated directly on the buttons or
within the grid representing the person. Finally, time sheet is updated and granted access to
detailed statistics.
