
CTI Version
The CTI version is used in conjunction with a telephone system and is configured like an interactive response system. When
you dial the Locator extension, you will be prompted to enter your employee identification number followed by the number
associated with your current status.
Web Version
The Web version provides additional functionality over the CTI version. In addition to updating status and maintaining time
sheets, the Web Locator allows you to edit notes shared with Komutel SIT PC Consoles, REC Call Recording solutions, Client
modules and other applications.

The localiser, similar to the customer module, allows to modify the status of a person that is configured in the data base. The
following icons are automatically adjusted on the button or in the grid representing the person. In addition, a time sheet is
updated and give access to a large quantity or statistics.
The Web version allows you an additional functionality. More than modifying the status and maintaining the time sheet like the
CTI version, it allows you to change the note which is shared too with all our systems such as: SIT Console, Customer, Recording
and some others.
