The ‘Diffuser’ is a fan out system that enables simultaneous automatic transmission of phone, fax and email messages to multiple recipients.This PC software for Windows is connected to the telephone network (directly or behind a PBX) via specialized voice cards. DIF is extremely easy to use and at the same time automatizes several activities within your organization, whether it consists in appointment confirmation, to notify citizens or any other need you may have.


Komutel Fan-Out System client portion is available on the web, therefore offering agents and operators with increased mobility. The agent software will also write information (such as call results) in Komutel centralized database, which will be used for different purposes, like creating reports. The ‘Diffuser’ is a versatile solution that will fast become indispensable to your organization.


Database


• Multiple database management for campaign creation;
• Multiple entries per contact for phone/fax numbers and email addresses from any source;
• Results of the campaigns are written in Komutel’s solutions centralized database;
• Contact information can be added on the fly to be called immediately for calling hot leads.


Campaign Messages Recording

• Configure immediate or deferred call out campaigns;

Call Transmission


• Unanswered or busy call renewal;
• Voice mail detection;
• Message receipt confirmation by ID code;
• Advanced Interactivity option with DTMF menu for confirmation or invalidation, message language selection, message repeat, multiple choice polling and message selection;
• The calls can be transferred to an extension or phone number based on a touch tone.
