Customized Notification
Customized Notification is Komutel’s answer to the perfect mass communications product for any business. This user friendly option enables rapid, precise messaging in emergency situations by sending notifications via pager, BlackBerry PIN to PIN, SMS or email. The status of broadcast messages - received, read, replied to (etc.) is available in real time from the application and can be accessed by multiple users. Notification management of any type of notification has never been so easy and dependable!
Efficient Management
Message content and status monitoring can be completely personalized. Notification can be sent simultaneously via any selected combination of email, SMS, PIN to PIN, etc. The user personalizes the notification content and can request private message broadcast status (received, read, etc.) or share the broadcast status with several resources for efficient notification management. Notification reports are available with a detailed history of all actions taken.
