Web integration should be considered when planning network software application deployment. SIT Web enables organizations to deploy several Komutel applications, regardless of the location. In fact, the web view of the SIT PC Console provides users with a clear real-time image of employee status, availability and detailed notes, such as best means to be contacted or an important memo to be shared. Other Komutel applications including Document Management and On Call List scheduling may be accessed via SIT Web.
SIT Web provides users with Presence Management tools accessed from the desktop and handheld devices. Employees manage availability in advance by scheduling status, notes and “follow me” phone numbers associated with the SIT PC Console buttons.
