RECORD your Telephone Conversations!

Komutel’s user-friendly REC solution allows you to record your telephone conversations to MP3. The MP3 files may be named, classified, shared via email and played back as required. Reports may be filtered and printed according to your own criteria.

REC Supervisor

The perfect tool for Supervisors. This application allows management to share all users’ data collected with individual station connectivity. REC Supervisor also provides access to calls recorded via multi-channel digital or analog recording interfaces installed in the telephone equipment room.

Quality Assurance

Randomly recorded conservations based on a user defined schedule to maximize quality assurance.

Screen Capture

Configure the REC screen capture option to save application images at the beginning, end or pre-determined time during a call.

Classification & Comments

File and retrieve recordings easily by group, department, notes or other criteria according to the structure created to suit your specific needs.

Recording Options

REC can be configured to record on demand (manual activation) or record automatically by detecting the beginning of a call. When used in conjunction with a Komutel SIT PC Console solution, REC can be activated by the displayed number (CLID) or the number dialed by the caller (DNIS).

Automatic prompt reminds users to inform the client that the call will be recorded.
