Locate Your Human and Physical Resources
Focused on maximum communication network integration, Komutel's Locator, LOC, combines RFID (radio frequency identification) technology with existing product lines to help locate people and equipment.
Passive Locating
Tags and emitters strategically placed in a facility provide signals in real time indicating access to specific areas or non-authorized exits. The application receives the signals created when the tag and emitters intercept and can interact with other systems such as speakers or pagers.
Active Locating
Active locating facilitates several tasks, including searching for equipment and tracking the arrival and departure of key people in the facility. Cell identifiers or battery powered RFID tags interact with strategically located antennas in a facility or city to route signals in real time to the Locator application, where the required actions can be taken.
