Enhanced telephony

Option related to the SIT Consol, the enhanced telephony offers a call transfer option and a telephone number search option which will save call handling time and a better quality of service.



Transfer by history



When receiving a call, right click on the active line and you will get the above display.

Here are the details displayer :
Caller - Name of the calling person
225-9988 Telephone number of the caller
514-225-9988 Telephone line used to receive the call
(6) History of transfers
(trié par nom) (6) = Qté. Total dans l'historique, et lors d'un clic sur cette ligne, affiche la liste alphabétique de noms auxquels les appels déjà reçus par ce numéro ont été transférés.
• History of transfers
((sorted by name) (6) = Qty Total in the history, and when clicking on this line it will display the alphabetical list of the names to which calls already received by that number have been transferred by order of quantity received by each one.

Transfer by document and Ctrl 'C': This functionality allows you to transfer a call directly from Windows copy function CTRL C. When you copy with CTRL C, the application verifies if the result contains a telephone number and if it's the case, the application directly calls that number or does the transfer on a line already active.

Note: On top of working with transfer by document, this function can be used with other software such as, Excel, Word or even from the Web site or Intranet.



Documents


The document management allows you to select a document in any format from a structure above displayed.
These documents are opening twice clicking on them or you have the possibility to use function CTRL C.



Call management


Allows to create programming from the content of the file. This programming allows to change the console customer display colour and to activate actions such as:

Hang-up: hangs up the line without any answer for the customer.
Transfer: automatically transfers the call to a telephone number or defined extension.
Priority: Places the call as a priority giving it quickly to the person answering and changing the colour of the display.

Undesirable: Allows to identify an undesirable kind of call.
