Saint-Georges, May 22nd, 2018 – After studying the different solutions available on the market, CITAM 3-1-1 chose to set up a partnership with Komutel for the mass notification service. Thus, from now on, CITAM 3-1-1, along with the Chaudière-Appalaches Emergency Call Center (CAUCA), will be able to offer this service to all their clients and partners.
The complementarity of CITAM 3-11 services (municipal services), CAUCA (emergency services) as well as Komutel’s notification expertise make it possible to offer a fully integrated solution with 24/7 support. The only one currently available on the market.
This solution meets the requirements of the Draft Regulation of the Government of Quebec on alert and mobilization procedures and the minimum means of rescue to protect the safety of people and property in the event of a disaster.
