Komutel’s partner Netagen Communication Networks selected by Toronto Fire Service to provide NG9-1-1 call management solution including Komutel’s full suite of call handling solutions.

Komutel’s partner Netagen Communication Networks has been selected by Toronto Fire Service to provide NG9-1-1 Call Handling System. The solution will include the full suite of Komutel NG9-1-1 Call Handling Solutions including SIT911i3, the NG9-1-1 multimedia call taker softphone successfully tested during the Canadian NG9-1-1 trials.

Komutel is pleased to work with Netagen and Toronto Fire towards the successful implementation of Toronto Fire’s NG9-1-1 Call Handling System as well as receiving their input towards the evolution of the Komutel NG9-1-1 portfolio. Having Toronto Fire join our growing group of PSAP clients in Ontario will have a direct impact on continuing the efforts of developing NG9-1-1 solutions in Canada specifically for Canadian PSAPs.
