Our Unhandled Call Management System (UCMSi3) allows the management of unserviceable or abandoned 911 calls. The system tracks and organizes the unserviceable or abandoned calls and provides the ability to call back the callers according to PSAP procedures and policies (SOPs).
The UCMSi3 server is configurable to perform automatic callbacks to abandoned or otherwise unserviceable 911 calls. In the case of wireless calls, UCMSi3 may be configured to send the caller a tailored SMS message according to predetermined standard operating procedures.
UCMSi3 911 can also be configured according to specific policies for the management of short-term calls for wired and cellular phones.
